A middle-aged woman was seriously beaten and paraded topless in public, after she was caught with bunch of keys she allegedly uses to burgle homes in Edo State. According to online reports, the unidentified woman met her Waterloo after residents caught her carrying out an operation at someone's home. They also found in her possession, other stealing tools. When she was interrogated by the angry residents, the woman reportedly confessed to stealing from different people with the keys. See more photos below...

Lamido Immediate past governor of Jigawa State, Alhaji Sule Lamido has expressed disappointment with the way Nigerians, especially electorates, see members of the Peoples Democratic Party. He said the party was worried that people see its members as demons. PDP ruled Nigeria between 1999 and 2015 before it was ousted by the All Progressives Congress. The attack is believed to have forced the Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, to snub the event. The Rivers state Police command has declared a man identified as Enu, Wanted for allegedly stabbing his Neighbor Tornu Bari with Broken bottle, While preventing him from Killing his wife in Port Harcourt. One Enu from Emu-Obodeti, Delta State, yesterday, chopped off a neighbor's flesh in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, for preventing him from beating his wife. A socio-political group, G42 Imo Liberation Forum, has warned the Okorocha government has alleged that Governor Okorocha of Imo state is set to spend N850m on erecting a tree ahead of Christmas celebration. Police in Egypt has arrested 3 Nigerian Students over the alleged death of their friend Onyeme Loveday aka 2shy.. The suspects, Luqman Abu Luqman, 23, Khalifa SA, 24, and Anwar AH. 17, all students at the University of Mansoura stabbed him to death during a Quarrel, over a love scam he taught them. Plenary Investigations by Police says that trouble started when Onyeme was approached by one of his killers, to teach him fraud. Onyeme agreed, on the condition that the first defendant would hook him up with a girl from his tribe, Hausa. A deal was struck and Onyeme fulfilled his part, but the first defendant reneged. On the day of the incident, the first defendant went to Onyeme's house, accompanied by the second and third defendants, and there was a verbal quarrel over the unfulfilled promise. Onyeme was said to have tried to assault him with a knife. The second and third defendants intervened to defend the first defendant. The knife was taken from him and used to stab him. .

According to reports the Man who stays with the Parish Priest of St. Paul Catholic Church, Rev. Father Francis Effiong atboys Quater had gone to steal the meat from fridge after the Reverend went for service yesterday morning. But was caught when he was trying to leave the Kitchen, He confessed to have stolen washing machines, television sets, cookers from the Priest’s house before now.

A 10-year-old boy, identified as Chimobi, has been taken into protective custody by the Lagos State Government after his brother’s wife, Gift Igwe, allegedly set him ablaze at their home on Adenugba Street, Agunfoye, Ikorodu after he misplaced his trousers and could not produce them when Gift demanded them from him. Policemen from the Igbogbo division were said to have arrested the suspect. A source told PUNCH Metro that the child was brought to Lagos in 2016 by the brother to start living with his family. He said since then, Gift had been abusing Chimobi, adding that matter came to a head when she set him ablaze that Wednesday. Chimobi the victim said his brother and his wife had refused to enrol him in a school since he started living with them. “I misplaced my trousers and ‘mummy’ (sister-in-law) poured kerosene on me and used a matchstick to light fire. The artist who nearly died of a cardiac arrest, posted the clip to Facebook three-months after life-saving surgery, where she received an organ donor’s heart. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission says its investigative team has not been allowed to meet with the immediate past Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, in the United Kingdom, where she has been staying since 2015 when investigation into her tenure began. The commission stated in a counter-affidavit filed before the Federal High Court, Abuja, that it had been investigating the ex-minister for various allegations of corrupt practices, including abuse of office, money laundering, stealing of public funds and illegal acquisition of properties within and outside Nigeria. But EFCC stated that its efforts to interrogate her over the allegations had been abortive as her lawyer, John Binns of BCL Solicitors, refused to allow the commission’s team of investigators, led by Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa, to meet with her in the UK earlier in March this year. A 15year old girl has been declared missing by his Guardian, As he's yet to return home since last week Monday when he left for school in Ogun state. Asmau Ajibade, a Junior Secondary School 2 pupil of Agbara Commuinty had left the house at about 7.30am last Monday in her school uniform. The belief in the house was that she had gone to school. The guardians became apprehensive when it was 4pm and she had not returned home. Record of the school reportedly revealed that she was absent that day. Ajarat said the girl had been living with them since she was four years old, adding that she was surprised by her disappearance. She said it was the first time she would leave home without returning. She said, “She went to school on Monday and has not returned.
